All tickets purchased through this website are valid for the selected date only. Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented (printed or digital) at the Skyline Rotorua entrance. E-tickets are sent to the email address provided at the time of booking. Please ensure your email address is correct, as we cannot resend tickets to incorrect addresses.
All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Promotional discounts are available for online bookings only and are subject to availability. Skyline Rotorua reserves the right to modify prices and promotional offers at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of confirmed booking will be honoured.
Tickets may be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit date. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the visit date are non-refundable. In the event of closure due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, tickets will be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of Skyline Rotorua management.
All visitors must comply with safety instructions provided by Skyline Rotorua staff. Luge riders must meet minimum height requirements (110cm for solo riders, 85cm for tandem with an adult). Skyline Rotorua reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor who does not comply with safety regulations or whose behaviour endangers themselves or others.
Skyline Rotorua activities are subject to weather conditions. The Gondola, Luge, Zipline, and Skyswing may be temporarily closed due to high winds, lightning, or other adverse weather. Operating hours may vary seasonally. Please check the website or contact us for current operating status before your visit.
Skyline Rotorua and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in any activities. Visitors participate in all activities at their own risk. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights under New Zealand consumer protection law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
