All tickets purchased through this website are subject to availability. Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented (digital or printed) at the Skyline Queenstown entrance. E-tickets are sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. Promotional discounts are applied at checkout and are valid for online purchases only. Payment is processed securely through our payment partner.
Tickets may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the scheduled visit date. Cancellations within 7 days of the visit date may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
Visitors must follow all safety instructions provided by Skyline Queenstown staff. Skyline reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor who poses a safety risk or behaves inappropriately. Children under 5 must be accompanied by an adult on all activities.
Skyline Queenstown operates in all weather conditions. However, certain activities (such as Luge or Mountain Bike Uplift) may be temporarily suspended due to extreme weather. In such cases, alternative experiences or rescheduling options will be offered.
Skyline Queenstown and its ticketing partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of tickets purchased through this website. Total liability is limited to the ticket purchase price.
