All tickets purchased through this platform are valid for the date selected during booking. Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented (digitally or printed) at the venue entrance. E-tickets will be delivered to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Each ticket includes a unique QR code for validation.
All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. The 40% discount is an online-exclusive promotion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Prices at the venue may differ from online prices. The discounted price is calculated from the standard gate price.
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the visit date are non-refundable. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your booking reference number. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Luge riders must meet the minimum height requirement of 110cm. Children under 6 years ride free on the Gondola when accompanied by a paying adult. All visitors must follow safety instructions provided by Skyline staff. Skyline reserves the right to refuse entry or participation in activities if safety requirements are not met.
Skyline operations are subject to weather conditions. In the event of closure due to adverse weather, affected ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. Partial closures (e.g., Luge closed but Gondola operating) may result in a partial refund at Skyline's discretion.
This platform acts as an authorised reseller of Skyline Enterprises tickets. While we strive to ensure all information is accurate, we accept no liability for changes to operating hours, pricing, or availability made by Skyline Enterprises. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the tickets in question.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform or the purchase of tickets shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
